1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Travajo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. What Travajo Is
Travajo is a community platform for digital nomads and working travelers. Users can create accounts, participate in location-based communities, share experiences, create posts, comment, and interact with other community members.
Travajo is a platform, not a publisher. We provide the tools and infrastructure for community interaction. We do not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Travajo. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Your Account
4.1 Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.2 One Account Per Person
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate content, or deceive the community is a violation of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately at safety@travajo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Your Content, Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share on Travajo ("User Content"). By posting, you represent that:
- You own the content or have the right to share it
- The content does not violate any law applicable to you
- The content does not infringe any third party's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
5.2 License to Travajo
By posting User Content, you grant Travajo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical purposes only), and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This license continues even if you delete your account, to the extent your content has been shared, cached, or incorporated into community discussions.
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to content that we believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5.4 No Endorsement
The presence of User Content on Travajo does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or verification of that content. We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or safety of information shared by users.
