Tax situation — what are you all doing?

Visa requirements change frequently. Always check with official sources before traveling.

Let's talk about the elephant in the room. How are you handling taxes as a nomad?

I've been doing research and there seem to be a few common approaches:

  1. Stay tax resident in home country — simplest but you're paying full home-country rates
  2. Establish residency somewhere tax-friendly — more complex setup but can save significantly
  3. Digital nomad visa tax provisions — some countries offer special rates

I'm not asking for tax advice (get an accountant!) but I'm curious what structures people are using.

Disclaimer: This is not tax advice. Everyone's situation is different. Consult a professional.
