Best neighborhoods for nomads — my honest ranking

After living in 4 different neighborhoods over 6 months, here's my ranking:

Tier 1: The Obvious Choice

The main nomad area. Walking distance to everything. Slightly overpriced but the convenience is unbeatable for your first month.

Tier 2: The Local Gem

One metro stop from center. Half the rent, twice the authenticity. Best food in the city. My personal favorite.

Tier 3: The Quiet Option

Perfect if you need deep focus. Cheaper, less nightlife, but amazing parks and the gym scene is better.

Avoid

The tourist-trap zone. Overpriced, noisy, and you'll spend all your time with tourists not nomads.
